How do I redeem my tickets?
Answer: Cruise tickets are redeemable 24 hours after voucher sales have closed.
You may choose your cruise date online or call. Due to a high volume of calls booking online is recommended.

Are there any extra charges?
Answer: Your voucher provider will charge you the special cruise ticket price. Toronto Christmas Party.ca will charge you the 15% gratuity and 13% hst when you make your cruise date booking, our secure online booking form calculates it for you.

How long are the tickets valid till?
Answer: You can book your cruise up until 1 year from date of voucher purchase.

Are children allowed on the cruises?
Answer: Min age is 19 years and we check IDs. Please ensure that you have a government photo ID with you.

How long is the cruise?
Answer: 4 hours of cruising, an additional ˝ hour to board and ˝ hour to disembark.

Are we allowed to bring our own food/drinks on cruise?
Answer: We do NOT allow outside food or beverages under any circumstances. We offer a fully stocked bar which includes a large selection of beer, liquor, wine, pop, juice and water. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Debit.

Is there parking nearby?
Answer: Please click on the Directions & Parking link to your left. You will also receive a link to the map with your reservation.

Do you sail when it rains?
Answer: This is a 356 ton ship and we sail rain, snow or shine! The ship is fully heated.

Is there music onboard?
Answer: Yes and our DJ accepts requests.

Is there Water Taxi Service?
Answer: There is no water taxi service available for these cruises. If you miss the ship you have missed it so please arrive on time.
